1. Who we are
Building10X is a software and growth studio operated as a sole proprietorship by Rohan Sharma, based in New Delhi, India. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at hello@building10x.com.
This policy explains what information we collect through building10x.com (including our blog pages), why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.
2. The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us — through the contact form or the ROI-calculator email field.
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing.
3. What we collect and why
Information you submit. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and message. When you request an estimate from the ROI calculator we receive your email address and the estimate details you configured. We use this information to respond to you, prepare proposals, provide services you engage us for, and keep normal business records.
Hosting logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and contains nothing personal.
4. What we don't do
No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no cookies, no sale or rental of personal information — to anyone, ever. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy first.
5. Who processes data for us

These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. Where data is transferred outside your country (for example to the United States), the providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where an engagement follows, for normal business and legal record-keeping. If you'd like an enquiry deleted, email us and we'll remove it unless we're legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information:
- India (DPDP Act 2023): the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and to grievance redressal. Contact us at the email below; we'll respond promptly.
- EEA / UK (GDPR): the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
- Australia (Privacy Act / APPs): the right to access and correct your personal information, and to complain to the OAIC if you believe we've mishandled it.
To exercise any of these, email hello@building10x.com. We don't charge for reasonable requests and we don't discriminate against you for making them.
8. Links to other services
Buttons and links on this site can take you to third-party services — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, or client websites we've built. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply, not this one.
9. Children
This site is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out plainly, not buried.
