1. Who we are & agreement to these terms
Building10X is a software and growth studio operated as a sole proprietorship by Rohan Sharma, New Delhi, India ("Building10X", "we", "us"). By using building10x.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Using the Site
The Site and its content are provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, submitting unlawful or malicious content through our forms, or using it in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
3. Estimates, pricing and the ROI calculator
Prices shown on the Site (including package prices and anything produced by the ROI calculator) are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Every real engagement is scoped individually, and only a written quote or proposal we issue — accepted by you — is binding. Calculator outputs are simplified illustrations, not a promise of cost, timeline or outcome.
4. Engagements
Client work is governed by the written scope, proposal or agreement for that engagement. If there is any conflict between such an agreement and these terms, the engagement agreement wins. In the absence of specific terms, the relevant sections below (intellectual property, liability) apply as the default baseline.
5. Payment
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in the applicable quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable as stated on the invoice, and work may be paused on materially overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
- Site content — the text, design and branding of this Site belong to Building10X. Don't reuse them without permission.
- Client deliverables — unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own the bespoke deliverables we build for you once they are paid for in full.
- Our toolkit — pre-existing tools, libraries, templates and know-how we bring to a project remain ours; you receive a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Portfolio — we may reference completed work (name, description, screenshots) in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (for example Formspree for form handling, WhatsApp and LinkedIn for contact). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how form data is handled.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Content on the Site (including blog posts) is general commentary, not professional advice for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site; and (b) for any engagement, our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the Site.
